Festival Waiver

I acknowledge that there are certain risks involved in the participation of festival activities related to exercise including, but not limited to yoga. I hereby personally assume all risk in connection with the festival, including injuries or accidents incurred before, during or after the festival, arising from general use of the facility. I further release Teton Yoga Festival LLC, its owners, instructors, teachers, agents, operators, affiliates, and staff for any injury or damage that may befall connected therewith, whether foreseen, or unforeseen, and further to save and hold harmless Teton Yoga Festival LLC, its owners, instructors, teachers, agents or operators from any claim by me, or my family, estate, heirs or assigns, arising out of my enrollment and participation in classes with Teton Yoga Festival LLC. I assume my own responsibility of physical fitness and capability to perform under the conditions of the classes offered by Teton Yoga Festival LLC.

I understand that the minimum age to participate in the festival is 16. I confirm that I fall under one of the following statements: I am 18 years of age or older. ​I am 16-17 and my parent or guardian is the one purchasing my ticket and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Age limit exceptions may be made on a case by case scenario and must be approved in writing by festival directors.

Refund Policy

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. Transfering my ticket to someone is acceptable, but I must let the festival know no later than August 24th, by emailing info@tetonyogafestival.com. I will make sure I receive confirmation of this change before transfering my ticket.

 

Festival Behavioral Agreement 

I understand that the purpose of this festival is to provide an opportunity for a deep experience of union and that the festival is intended to cultivate a safe and peaceful environment. I agree to not partake in any illegal substances and will refrain from overuse of alcohol. I also agree to honor the quiet hours at Moose Creek Ranch, which are between 10pm and 7am. Throughout the festival I will be mindful of other people's experience and will be respectful at all times. I understands that the Teton Yoga Festival reserves the right to make judgments that are best for all festival attendees and if I does not uphold this agreement, I will be asked to leave. 

 

Force Majeure Clause

I understand that if an event occurs that is outside of human control and is unpredictable and unpreventable, such as a natural disaster (hurricanes, volcanoes, earthquakes, floods, storms, etc) or a wide spread virus that appears as a threat, or a pandemic, or other acts that fall under Forced Majeure, Teton Yoga Festival will not be held responsible for reimbursements or other festival associated costs.

Use of Image and Likeness 

I give the “Teton Yoga Festival” permission to use my image or likeness, with or without using my name, for the purposes of promoting “Teton Yoga Festival”, or for other purposes deemed appropriate in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.
